What is the Tru Floss string made of?

The picks include nylon disposable string.

Are Tru Floss picks for single or multiple use?

The disposable picks are for single use. Once you clean you teeth, replace your used pick with a fresh one and send the used ones to us for recycling.

What comes in a basic subscription?

For $39.99 sign up fee and a $19.99 monthly auto deduction, you will receive (1) one device (30) picks and a monthly supply of (15) pre-filled cartridges.

Can you order more than one Tru floss device under the same subscription?

We provide one device per subscription service. You can purchase an additional device from our shop page.

What happens if my Tru Floss device is broken?

Go to the replacement parts tab and reorder.

Can I return my Tru Floss device if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. You may return your device. If you purchased a subscription the $39.99 one-time sign up fee is nonrefundable.

How do I return my Tru Floss Picks?

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, send an email to info@truflosstechnology.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

How do I apply a retail/promo code?
